SOFTWARE VERSION: 
Maemo 5 Version 20.2010.36-2
Hermes v0.8.9

EXACT STEPS LEADING TO PROBLEM: 
1. Enrich personal Contacts with Data from Facebook (probably others too)
2. The contacts on your phone show the additional data
(Birthdays,phonenumbers,pictures)
3. Sync your Contacts with MfE

EXPECTED OUTCOME:
All your Syncronized Contact Data (Pictures etc) is synced to your exchange
server.

ACTUAL OUTCOME: 
The Pictures of your Contacts are not syncronized.

REPRODUCIBILITY: 
always

EXTRA SOFTWARE INSTALLED: 
MfE, Hermes

Thanks for reporting this. It's been reported already and seems to be a bug in
MfE, rather than Hermes. It can be tracked under #10993.
