SOFTWARE VERSION: 
(Settings > General > About product)
mbarcode 0.2.6-0

EXACT STEPS LEADING TO PROBLEM: 
(Explain in detail what you do (e.g. tap on OK) and what you see (e.g. message
Connection Failed appears))
1. Open/print http://www.dnalounge.com/contact/qr.png
2. Start mbarcode
3. Try to scan the qr-code

EXPECTED OUTCOME: 
A vCard read from qr.png and the option to import it into Contacts (including
all phone numbers; see http://www.jwz.org/blog/2010/12/qr-on-business-cards/ )

ACTUAL OUTCOME: 
The qr-code isn't recognized by mbarcode.

REPRODUCIBILITY: 
(always, less than 1/10, 5/10, 9/10)

Looks like this is a problem with the size/density of the QR code in question.
We run the camera at lower res to improve processing speed, but perhaps we
should also allow it to switch to a higher res mode if it can't detect a
barcode.

This is not a particularly easy fix, but I'll have a look and see what can be
done.
