EXACT STEPS LEADING TO PROBLEM: 
when i tap on "save" to save the settings, fmms freezes.

EXPECTED OUTCOME:

ACTUAL OUTCOME:i cant even save settings.

REPRODUCIBILITY:
(always, less than 1/10, 5/10, 9/10)

I'm experiencing a similar issue with version 1.3.4 on my N900, latest
community ssu installed.

Just for clarity, I had fmms configured before and it is working, so I'm not
blocked by it. But the app hangs when I hit the save button in an attempt to
change the network settings.
