SOFTWARE VERSION:
(Settings > General > About product)

EXACT STEPS LEADING TO PROBLEM: 
(Explain in detail what you do (e.g. tap on OK) and what you see (e.g. message
Connection Failed appears))
1. tap mycontacts
2.tap phones
3. tap settings
4. tap groups
5. under Ring Tone they are all listed (disabled) tap (disabled)
6. This opens "open file" locate folder of ringtone and tap
7. no files/folders comes up

similar for imaging

EXPECTED OUTCOME:to select a ringtone or photo

ACTUAL OUTCOME:does not recognize any music/ringtones in folders to be able to
select one to play when the phone rings for a specified group.

They are not actually bugs. By design you can only select WAV files as ring
tones and PNG files for the icons.
