0.4.1

EXACT STEPS LEADING TO PROBLEM: 
1. Open Evopedia
2. In the menu, choose the item "Map"

EXPECTED OUTCOME:
Have a map of some place (at least the entire world), that could be used (zoom,
drag etc)

ACTUAL OUTCOME:
An empty blue window

REPRODUCIBILITY:
always

EXTRA SOFTWARE INSTALLED:
none

OTHER COMMENTS:
Maybe this is because I have no GPS installed

I am not sure what you mean by this enhancement request. The application _does_
display map tiles from openstreetmap, at least if there is a connection to the
internet or if the tiles are cached on disk. Do you propose to include the
tiles of some of the top level with the application?

Sorry if I was unclear.
I know that Evopedia shows maps from Openstreetmap, with the location of
articles on it.
It works correctly if you click on the map icon in an article.
But if you open the map directly from the menu, it sometimes opens an empty
blue window instead.

Anyway, I think it's a consequence of bug #11410 (I'm marking as duplicate).
I believe that the menu item opens the map in the last location.
I think that the explaination is simply that my last location was one with blue
tiles.

If I go to a location where correct tiles are displayed, then close Evopedia
and open it again, the map displays the same location (and no blue tiles, as I
would expect)
