SOFTWARE VERSION:
0.4.1

EXACT STEPS LEADING TO PROBLEM: 
1. Open for example http://127.0.0.1:8080/wiki/fr/Paris#Liens_externes (in the
French dump dated 2010-08-02) and look at the last external links

EXPECTED OUTCOME:
There should be an abbr tag showing that it's a multilingual link

ACTUAL OUTCOME:
The abbr tag is there, but it's HTML encoded. Si it's displayed as normal text

always

OTHER COMMENTS:
I suppose that keeping this tag unencoded would be enough
