SOFTWARE VERSION:
Version: 10.2010.19-1

EXACT STEPS LEADING TO PROBLEM: 
#0 set phone app in portrait mode only ( not automatic )
#1 phone in your pocket with mini jack on top 
#2 received a call 
#3 take out the phone from you pocket and try answer the call

EXPECTED OUTCOME:
phone app in portrait mode waiting for you press the answer button ( or
rejected )
ACTUAL OUTCOME:
the app for a few seconds is in landscape mode then get in portrait mode but is
a seconds ( or milliseconds ) unresponsive then the phone app get the touch
input.
