EXACT STEPS LEADING TO PROBLEM:

1. de selecting 'open in full screen'
2.

EXPECTED OUTCOME: browser shouldn't open in full screen mode

ACTUAL OUTCOME: browser opens in full screen mode

REPRODUCIBILITY: always
(always, less than 1/10, 5/10, 9/10)

EXTRA SOFTWARE INSTALLED:

OTHER COMMENTS: it only started a few days ago

This refers to "Options > Settings > Open in full screen"?
(Please always provide exact steps.)

try uninstalling "browser switchboard"

uninstalling 'browser switchboard' solved this issue
