SOFTWARE VERSION: 10.2010.19.1
(Settings > General > About product)

EXACT STEPS LEADING TO PROBLEM: 
(Explain in detail what you do (e.g. tap on OK) and what you see (e.g. message
Connection Failed appears))
1. after pressing CTRL+Backspase at the "desktop", start the application
"contacts"
2. if pressing ctrl+backspace in any other application, start list of runs
application
3. bug appeared after updating to 10.2010.19.1

EXPECTED OUTCOME: then press ctrl+backspace in desktop, start the list of
running applications

ACTUAL OUTCOME: after pressing CTRL+Backspase at the "desktop", start the
application "contacts"

update:
Appears only when the Cyrillic keyboard layout

same problem when using russian keyboard layout.
in English everything works fine

Confirming.

EXACT STEPS LEADING TO PROBLEM: 
0. Settings > Text Input > Hardware keyboard layout == Russian
1. Have at least one application window opened
2. Go to Desktop Home view
3. Press Ctrl+Backspace on Desktop

EXPECTED OUTCOME:
Dashboard (List of running applications shown as small window screenshots)

ACTUAL OUTCOME: 
Contacts started

OTHER COMMENTS:
Pressing "Ctrl" only on Desktop opens Contacts with "a" in the search field.

I also have this error on pr1.2, using the Russian keyboard layout
