EXACT STEPS LEADING TO PROBLEM: I tryed to make a video call, and then I found
that my device doesn't support this option. Is that possible? Is there a
solution of this problem ?? 
(Explain in detail what you do (e.g. tap on OK) and what you see (e.g. message
Connection Failed appears))
1. I call my operator support center and they told me tha this option is only
avaible on Skype calls
