EXACT STEPS LEADING TO PROBLEM: 
1. Open Contacts, open a contact (or create a new one)
2. Add an Address field

EXPECTED OUTCOME:
You are asked for house number, street, county, country

ACTUAL OUTCOME:
You are asked for Extension, Street, PO Box, Postcode, State/Province, Region.
I have no idea what "Extension" means in this context, perhaps "House
name/number" is what you want. "State/Province" should be "County" for the
EN_GB locale.
