SOFTWARE VERSION:
hildon-application-manager roughly from git tip

EXACT STEPS LEADING TO PROBLEM: 
1. create a package state which "breaks the 3rd party package policy"
2. open application manager
3. try to update this package

EXPECTED OUTCOME:
localizable string

ACTUAL OUTCOME:
!!!My Package Name breaks the 3rd party package policy
Continue installing?

w/ Details, No, Yes, buttons

REPRODUCIBILITY:
always

EXTRA SOFTWARE INSTALLED:
old version of a package whose available update "breaks" the third party
package policy 

OTHER COMMENTS:
