Description Ville Reijonen (reporter) 2009-12-07 19:11:17 UTC
EXACT STEPS LEADING TO PROBLEM:
Create new brainstorm.

EXPECTED OUTCOME:
Click: [+ Add new brainstorm]
You see short description with italics explaining what belong to bugzilla and
what belong here, and how those to are related and how those should be linked.
You see title: "Create a new brainstorm"
Below there is "Describe your problem, do not write solution here"
Down below there is "First solution or idea for this problem"

ACTUAL OUTCOME:
Click: (+ Add new idea)
You see title "Create Idea"
Below there is "Idea content"
Down below there is "First solution for this idea"

OTHER COMMENTS:
Idea is a less developed solution. There is often a larger problem which should
be found, whereas an idea is just one path away from the problem. Idea can
sometimes solved different ways, but not always. As now, when reading
brainstorm it can be noted that some of the "ideas" are given straight as a
solution. This breaks the brainstorm, as additional solution for a solution
does not compute. Therefore, a _problem_ should be stated, so all aspects can
be though of. The labels should match this logic so, that the brainstorm would
better follow the right track.

Yes, it's confusing. We need to agree on the terminology.

There are only two levels:

- Proposal
- Solution

But we are calling them in many ways.

- Brainstorm
- Solution

is actually a good proposal.

Fixed those in localization and changed the image

If you can find a plase where there still is some mismatch, can you provide the
url to that page.
