When commenting on bugs you generally want to follow the progress of the bug.
There is "Add to CC list" checkbox below the comment area but as it is
unchecked by default (and checked by default in many other bugzillas) it is
uncomfortably easy to miss.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE THE PROBLEM:
1. Add a comment to a bug
2. Click Commit

EXPECTED OUTCOME:
I am added to the CC list

ACTUAL OUTCOME:
I am not added to the CC list
