EXACT STEPS LEADING TO PROBLEM: 
1. Open for example http://127.0.0.1:8080/wiki/en/Pantry_Panic and compare it
to http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Pantry_Panic

EXPECTED OUTCOME:
There is an embedded video embedded through the HTML5 video tag (in ogg
Theora/Vorbis).
As for images, I would like it to be available when connected to Internet.

ACTUAL OUTCOME:
The video is probably ignored in the dump process, and does not appear in the
dump
