What technical purpose do you/your project(s) have for wanting the licensing
change?

In PR1.3 was introduced USSD support by rtcom-call-ui. But this broke support
for ussd4all applications (ussd-widget, qussd, ...). When applications (rtcom,
ussd-widget) send USSD code rtcom-call-ui always show Notify dialog with
responce. This is ugly when widget waiting for responce.

As temporary solution for this "notify" bug was debugging librtcom-call-ui
library. Then in hex editor find sequence and disable showing notify dialog.
Binary patch is applied when ussd4all is installing.

For easy support 3rd USSD application is needed to open source of library
librtcom-call-ui or add simple tool/config file/... for disable notify ussd
dialog in rtcom-call-ui.
