What to do after a reflash

  1. Install the following right away, with the regular app manager (HAM):
    1. rootfs
    2. fapman (FAM)
  2. do the following configuration changes:
    1. set HAM auto-updating of the catalogs to false
    2. set FAM auto-updating of the catalogs to false
    3. in "Parameters" disable the auto-updating of the packages when a network connection is established
    4. fix xterm custom keys bar
