[edit] Adding kernel usage information to this page
I believe that no one should read a 31 pages thread to get information about how to use the kernel, especially now when it's in Extras.
That's why I'm going to start adding information about how to use the new modules. Unfortunatly I don't have a lot of spare time so I urge you all to help so people would be able to make the most out of this kernel. --jayford 09:37, 29 May 2010 (UTC)
[edit] rootsh
It looks like rootsh doesn't work anymore, at least on my N900. I had to:
- fix /var/lib/dpkg/info/rootsh.prerm, adding then to the script: http://talk.maemo.org/showthread.php?t=42327
- completely uninstall rootsh, from Application Manager
- install rootsh again.
Now both sudo gainroot and root works again.
