Isn't there a better alternative to onboard? It's using 30-40% of cpu here (no kidding) and 9% of memory. I tried matchbox-keyboard and it uses less cpu (and it's also included in the menu, BTW, while onboard is not), however there's no statusbar applet so it's not as convenient to hide/show.
