Allow setting of:

  • Brightness period: seconds idle before dimming
  • Switch off display: seconds idle before switching off display
  • Lock screen and keys: if to lock screen and keys when switched off display
  • Display stays lit: Never / When charging / Always

Use GConf to set these.
